We are open now for on-site dining and take-away Monday through to Saturday, 10am - 4pm

​

There are some changes to our 'usual'  day to day operations. Many of these changes are behind the scenes and relate to how we the staff operate, outlined below however are some changes for you, our customer to be aware of;

ENTRANCE to Tea Room and garden seating area will be at the rear, there will be a designated waiting area outside, please wait here, we have visibilty to see you and will come and take you to your seats.

​

TRACK AND TRACE  is now a requirement for all guests (not just one per group as before) please scan our QR code on your apps to check in, or should you not have the app, pass your contact details to a member of staff should we be contacted by track and trace.

​

HAND WASHING facilities and hand sanitisation points will be available both outside and inside the Tea Room. We kindly ask all customers to sanitise their hands regularly and before entering any common / seating area.

​

TABLE SERVICE will continue, as before we will come to you at your table to take orders and will now also take payments at the table. Please remain seated, we will come to you.

​

FACE COVERINGS must be worn when entering and exiting and at any others time where not seated at your table.

​

BOOKING is not essential however is strongly advised to avoid disappointment. Whilst we have extended our outdoor seating area we have decreased the number of tables inside in order to ensure effective distancing. Please be aware, we may ask you to be a little flexible with the time of your booking as we work to stagger the arrival of different groups.

RULE OF 6 in place. Groups of more than 6 (or 2 households) are not permitted inside as per national rules/guidelines, outside we can now take bookings for larger groups (up to 30).

​

TAKE AWAY collections will continue however collection will now be from the rear of the property, shop purchases also be made from here or you are welcome to come inside should you wish to have a browse (masks must be won and numbers will be limited)

​

AFTERNOON TEA will still be available as a take away option, or you will of course now be able to book and enjoy this on site with us.

If you have been feeling unwell, or exposed to someone that displays symptom’s of Covid-19, then of course please postpone your visit to us. We’re working hard to keep you safe, please do the same for us .

 

Formalities aside, we can’t wait to see you! We know it can feel a little unusual but we’re all so excited to be seeing you and will be doing our upmost to make you feel comfortable on your visit.
